Welcome Home — We’ll Have the Cookies Ready
Our homes are fully furnished with everything you need — from coffee and cookware to cable, Netflix, books, massage guns, board games, and arcade games for the kids. Upon arrival, you’ll find homemade cookies, water, and a few treats — just a simple way to say welcome.
Outside, enjoy a quiet backyard with a community garden, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining area, and deck. These homes were built in 1900 and have been lovingly updated — a mix of charm, character, and comfort.
Our neighborhood is one of Rochester’s oldest, and we love it — close to Mayo Clinic, Quarry Hill, Zumbro River trails, and with simple, no-turn routes that make getting around a breeze.
